Arch13 Studios is a collaboration between Bryce Bounds and Sonia Carias. The studio's goal is to find interesting and fresh approaches to urban projects that is sensitive to historic and contemporary needs while contributing to the urban fabric. The studio is focused on the coastal area of Georgia as well as South Carolina and Northern Florida, but is always looking to explore new places.

Mr. Bounds graduated The Rhode Island School of Design with a Bachelors of Architecture. He currently works for a small Architecture firm in Savannah, Ga. Outside of work, he pursues a lifelong obsession to the practice of historical restoration and preservation and has worked on projects for the Historical American Building Survey and assisted on projects run by The National Trust. When not designing, he documents abandoned buildings of the American landscape and his work can be found at several web centers devoted to the topic.

Ms. Carias studies Architecture at the Savannah College of Art and Design where she pursues her contemporary and concept based designs. Often concentrating on generation of design concepts based on non-architectural stimuli, yielding designs that could never be achieved through conventional methods. Her designs have earned consistent praise while her unique approach has generated concepts that have created stunning visual and metaphorical representation.
